Tiling Ensuite Bathroom

I am re-doing my bathroom and installing a new shower, vanity and toilet which I have sorted. The shower with have a curved door. I then want to look at tiling the bathroom floor. I will be ripping up the old floor myself. Underneath is a wooden floor. The total size of the bathroom is 1700mm x 1700mm. once the shower and vanity is in there will be about 2.5-2.6m squared of tiling. the floor may need a bit of sanding and smoothing out. I have not purchased the tiles and will be seeking advice on where to shop and how much to get. We live just outside Cambridge, and I am looking to get job done in 2-4weeks time. the photos are of the bathroom now before new shower gets put in.
