Bathrooms and entrance way tiles

Hi all, My entrance, laundry and second bathroom is about 17sqm and we are looking at doing a single tile over the whole area. This is on a concrete floor with a mix of lino and tiles. We also have a main bathroom of about 12sqm which we want done too, including a feature wall. And maybe half high all round depending on costs. This is on a wooden floor but currently is tiled.
