Hearth and bathroom

A hearth needs regrouting (just over 1 sq m), possibly retiling; also some bathroom tiles needs replacing and new grouting. less then 1 sq. m). We have the tiles and probably the grout. We've been waiting three months for someone to do this and the person who had said they would has turned it down. It is probably one or two days' work.
