I was very disappointed in William's after sales service. He made a mistake during his tiling job that he initially agreed to rectify but subsequently refused to take my calls or answer my texts. His lack of response put us to considerable inconvenience and expense

"Never go to Waiheke Is,
And have to deal with a Diy handyman, who doesn't have enough tiles to complete the job. I had to remove toilet and rubbish. He didnt supply the correct size channel so I had to cut and try to fit to the waterproofed channel.
There was no overlap from floor to tiled shower to enable trim and worst of all were the tiles 850×450 crenallated and warped.
So I suggested offsetting the mirror above the vanity but that seemed beyond him, so he tried to get me to pay a ne"
