Regrout outdoor tile patio

Outdoor tile patio installed 2/2021 with Mapei ultracolour plus grout. However, several gout line are failing with efflorescence and mould. Porcelain pavers mortared onto concrete base. Would like grout removed and epoxy grout reinstalled.

Ezzat is a very hard worker. Job took longer than he anticipated (even though we sent photos and scale drawing with dimensions), so there were additional reasonable and understandable expenses. We are quite satisfied with the result and the eventual cost. But most of the unanticipated costs could have been offset by a bit more attention to our original communications.
