Tile layout was not as expected. Not discussed with me before tiles cut. We were offered that a carpet layer would call to reinstate carpet around the new tiles. Never heard from them despite follow up text to Peninsula. Replacement of cracked grout in bathroom (a separate job) used white instead of coloured grout. I was left to purchase some cleaner that was promised to be delivered the next day.
