Waterproof and tile shower over bath

Hi, We are doing a bathroom reno and will have a tiled shower over bath. The bath we have chosen does not have a lip. The tile will go from the top of the bath to the ceiling. I've attached a photo of the floor plan. The floor will not be tiled, it will be hardwoods. We're undecided on tile as of yet as we need a better idea of cost. If you are interested in the job, could you please provide some indicative pricing for the following options: Pattern 1 with a 75x300mm tile Pattern 1 with 50x250mm tile Pattern 2 with a 75x300mm tile Pattern 3 with a 75x300mm tile Also pricing for a shower nook like in the image "pattern two." It would only be one shelf, not two. In a perfect world, I would like the same pattern within the nook as is on the wall, but again, if it is significantly cheaper, then I can opt for a more simple pattern in the nook. If plans come back from council in time, we are hoping to start the reno at the beginning of November to have it completed before Thanksgiving (26 November). --- need apply.
