Floor and Wall Tiling

Some of the grouting in the tiled floor of my shower has crumbled away or showing signs of cracking. I have lifted two of the tiles to see whats happening underneath. I need someone to have a look and let me know if the tiling was done correctly, and watertight, and if so then reinstall the tiles and regrout the rest of the tiles. Otherwise provide a quote to retile the floor of the shower.
