installing new kitchen so will replace current 300x300mm ceramic tiles with woodlook ones 900x146mm. Roughly 25m2. Got loads of spares. Random woodgrain, no patterns to match. Concrete floor. Built about 1998. Skirtings and toe-kicks can be fitted after if it makes edge finishing easier. Already have the tiles but kitchen still being painted so won't be needing tiles done until at least July, so you've got plenty of time fit this in. [PS. We would be really keen to lay these tiles hard together with silicone caulk instead of grout lines but interested to know what the profession thinks of this radical idea!] **See pix showing a floor plan, current floor and photos of the new tiles **
