Tiling - x2 Door Ways

Hi Tilers, After full quotes please - We're wanting some floor tiles to be layed in two separate entrance ways that are currently carpeted... We want to use 600mm x 600mm tiles (that we already have), black grout and black or silver metal edging. We'll cut/lift up the carpet area and paint the skirting boards before the tiling gets done. 1 - Back door entrance to be tiled measures 1030mm Wide x 940mm Depth, currently the floor base is timber boards (so will need tile underlay). 2 - Front door entrance to be tiled measures 1200 mm Wide x 1200 mm Length, currently the floor base is timber boards (so will need tile underlay).
