Job description
Two jobs- first is to lay and grout ten 20 x 20 special handmade tiles in prepared spaces within an existing paved area outside. The second is to lay approx 20 large tiles about 400 sq (supplied) on a concreted patio 1.4 x 3.7 metres, already concreted for tile laying.

Although I thought the quote was high in my view, I went ahead on the understanding that the estimated 3 day job job would start 18th October, weather permitting. As it was not completed until 11th December, I felt that other jobs were allowed to come before it when the weather was fine. Workmanship was of good quality, but as the agreed plan of the tiles was not followed due to miscommunication between Keith and his son, they had to pay for another box of tiles to complete the job.
