Tiler needed for new house build

I am looking for a tiler who can do waterproofing also. Someone qualified to also do underfloor heating is a bonus but not essential. It will be for tiling 2 bathrooms with fully tiled showers, floors and half height of the walls. Would include Kitchen floors and pantry, plus splashbacks for both, and also a small area at the front entrance. Floor plans will be attached.
