Removing existing tiles and re-laying new grey, --- tiles

Remove the existing terracotta tiles, prepare surface and lay --- grey tiles (havn't bought yet but will supply), needs to include everywhere you can see existing tiles in the pictures plus the section to the right of the spa pool needs to be laid so spa will be moved to the right into this cut out.
