Deck

Tiled deck (approx 4m x 4m) above lock-up room. The lock-up room shows signs of water ingress around the door frame. The deck tiles end flush with the edge of the deck and there is no end-cap or flashing. So it seems likely water is coming off the deck & seeping back under the tiles & down the timber frame of the lock-up room below. The timber frame is still sound so I think that having a flashing or end-cap fitted would solve the water issue, and we'd like to have the tiles re-grouted because a previous owner has tried to seal them & made a mess of it.
