Tiling for kitchen renovation

We're re-doing our kitchen and need to replace our current kitchen floor (lino) and part of the floor which we're extending the kitchen into (carpet). Looking to tile the floor and walls of the kitchen. Area of the floor is about 25 square meters. Not sure about the wall area.
