Bathroom splashback and kitchen splashback

Hey there We are renovating our Titahi rental property in August so will need a tiler for our small kitchen, ie a splash back along the new benchtop and behind the hob. Can we book someone in for the first week of September? If you look at this photo, this is the small kitchen for an idea of size, so it would be the wall behind the hob (there will be an extrator fan in ta cupboard, and then the sink will be an island so the splashback will be approx 30cm along the back wall that you can't see - approx 2.5 meters max.
