Floor tiling re-do

We have been let down by another tiler on new build laying a chipped tile and refusing to come back and replace. There is underfloor heating under it and if the one tile cannot be replaced then we understand the entire bathroom floor may need to be stripped, prepared and redone. Our insurance company are on board and we need someone ASAP as ready to move in.
