Replace tiles around fire

Hello, need to lay new tiles around fire place. Approx 1mtr x 1mtr x 800 high. Move fire, trim grout on wall tiles, lay wall and floor tiles, put small.capping tile on top as in last photo, grout, replace fire. If can give fixed cost and start date, that would help awarding job. Thank you
