Roughly 16.5 square Metres of tiles to be laid on the floor in the entrance way, kitchen and bathroom of a small apartment in Papakura. We were going to do it ourselves and so have the tiles, adhesive, grout and silicone all in the apartment ready to go but have decided against doing it ourselves. Budget somewhere between $1000-$1400
