Bathroom tiling

We are redoing our bathroom, it is approx 5 square meters. We have old native timber floorboards that are rotten/need replacing. the plan is to rip them out, replace with plywood and then get the floor tiled. I would like something like the picture iv attached but if that is too fiddly/increases price a lot then i would just go for standard tiles.
