Small tiling job - Remove, cut and replace some tiles in kitchen

Remove existing tiles around the area affected and put new ones in (there used to be a cabinet placed on top of the area, we have since removed it). We will supply the tiles but they are 600x600mm so will need to be cut down to ~400x400mm. Please also add skirting back on the wall.
