Bathroom - pebble floor re-tiling

We have a shower with a pebble tilling floor. We love the effect but the grouting is breaking down and going mouldy. We want to retile the shower floor with a similar pebble tile such as the Island Stone pebble tile. Time frames - soon but not urgent. Replacement tile already identified. Current situation and preferred replacement tile photos attached.
