Floor and wall tiles to be installed. Tiles supplied. You must supply leveling screed, adhesive and grout. Job ready to start on 20th march. Let down by another contractor so there is some urgency to complete this to avoid disruption to other trades. Floor : 1. Lay leveling screed over underfloor heating element 2. Install ceramic floor tiles (wooden look alike) approx 5.5 sqm staggered 2mm grout. Wall: 1. Install ceramic wall tiles 600mm high from bench on wall with sink. Subway pattern, 2mm light grey grout. 2. Install ceramic wall tiles from floor to ceiling on oven wall. Subway pattern, 2mm light grey grout. 3. approx 7 sqm
