Replacing grout and silicon on kitchen and bathrooms

I need to remove the old grout of the following floor areas: kitchen, 2 bathrooms and entry corridor. The areas are pretty small, around 15 squares meters all add up. The second part of the job is to replace the grout in both showers as well as the silicon in the showers. The overall condition of the grout and silicon is pretty good. We just want to make it look tidy. I attached multiple photos to give you an idea of the work requires and areas to cover.
