Install 100 x 300mm tiles in subway style to back and sides of laundry bench and sink.
Tiling to include light grey epoxy grout, silicone and square metal trim to top and side edges of tiles.
Tiles will be provided by home owner.
Tiling height 600mm..
Total area of tiling approx 2 sqm.
