Very pleased with work done and cost as quoted. Only downfall was a lack of communication as in when job would be done. After accepting quote I had to ring 3 times to get an idea of when job would be done. If they had told me they were busy and couldnt do it for 4 weeks that would have been fine. Then when job completed, I didnt know, I had to go around and have a look. Then wondered why I never received a bill. Finally when I called at rental a month later, tenant gave me 3 overdue statements.
