Kitchen, bathroom and ensite re-tile

I need our house floors re-tiled. The Kitchen is first priority, and is approx 12 Square meters of tiles. (excluding the kitchen placement) We require the existing tiles to be lifted and new tiles laid. Please note, we are removing and replacing the kitchen. Happy to work with you around the best order. We want you to lift the existing tiles, and (supply) lay new 60cm grey tiles. Additionally we have two bathrooms and a toilet that need tiles replaced. This work takes a second priority over the kitchen. If total quote is acceptable then we dont mind the order of completion. The main bathroom is approx 4 1/2 square metres of tiles, the toilet 2 square metres and the ensuite 3 square metres. I am available on Friday 25th for site inspection.
