Tiling of bathroom and kitchen floor

We have had our dads bathroom and kitchen renovated and the last job to do is the tiling of the floors, small spaces, bathroom floor will have been levelled and finished ready to go, the kitchen floor might need a bit more work. We have bought the tiles already, four tiles form a simple easy pattern.
