Removing floor and skirting tiles, laying kitchen/dining room

On the 22nd October 2020, we want skirting tiles and floor tiles removed from our kitchen and dining room (approx 24m2), and replaced with 300x600mm floor tiles we will provide. We also want a border of floor and skirting tiles removed from the lounge (perimeter is approx 18.5m). We also want to have a single row of tiles in the master bedroom (approx 3m) removed. The tiles in the bedroom and lounge need to be addressed first, as we are aiming to have new carpet laid the following week (carpet to be lifted on the 22nd of October)
