Wall tiles in kitchen and bathroom

Hi, we would like subway wall tiles installed at our new home build in bluff. In the kitchen it would need to be installed along a wall which is 1245 high x 1975 wide (this goes around a hood on top of the hob) and up to the cabinet heights, then along the sink wall which is 1245 high x 2115 wide (picture with the windows in between - the middle of the two windows will be a feature glass art). In the main bathroom (I will need to measure once bathroom cabinets are installed) but between sink and mirror (approx 1500 wide x --- high) and around the bath surround and then in the ensuite (600 wide x approx 300-400mm) just the above sink area. The work would need to be completed soon as we are hoping to move in by end of feb. There will be other trades on site. Photos show how the area looks currently, there is still bathroom fit outs to go. We will supply tiles only. We would prefer a black grout and black trim. However will look at options.
