Regrouting and sealing of shower / bathroom area.

Grouting in shower area has multiple holes / gaps (see attached photos)and has lead to water creeping under bathroom floor and leaving damp carpet in the doorway. Regrouting and resealing is required - reasonably urgent though we have a second shower to use.
