Tile replacement and levelling

I have a section of tiling in the kitchen/dining area that has lifted along the edge of a concrete slab/beginning of wooden piles. As a result, one tile has broken, and the grouting has slowly come away from several others. Around 7 large tiles need to be removed, the cause of the lift discovered, the area leveled and the tiles replaced (I have the replacements).
