Bathroom floor and shower tiling - Shannon

I'm having a house built. If we go to schedule the bathroom should be ready for flooring and shower tiling in early to mid June. I'm wanting to find a tradie in advance of that so it can be done as soon as the internal walls are up. The shower is a walk in with no kerb 1.2x.9m fully tiled but with an .8m wide opening. I have some accent tiles that I'd like to make a stripe on the wall and I want one or two recessed shelves in the shower as well. I want underfloor heating in the toilet and vanity areas of the room. Total floor area of bathroom (including shower, vanity, toilet) is 5.8m2.I haven't purchsed a vanity yet but I think I'm going to get a wall mounted one. I have an adjoining laundry cupboard that is .75x1m that I would like the flooring to extend into. Shower will need to be waterproofed but the rest of the bathroom is not a wet room. See photo of floor plan for an idea of the scope of the job. Please quote for everything except the tiles. I have already purchased --- accent tiles and am wanting to match them with the main tiles so I think I'll buy them myself.
