Wall tiling behind vanities

We have a brand new home with bare wall behind the bathroom vanities. Would like just a line of tiles to go along the wall behind the vanities to protect them from water damage. We have the tiles (same as the floor and wall tiles on other parts of the bathroom) but no edging (would like this to match the rest of the bathroom). There are two vanities, one is a corner one.
