We needed a tiler at short notice and accepted Toy's quote. We love our new bathroom and Toy's standard of work was acceptable to us but we do have 2 comments to make: It took longer than expected although in Toy's defence, he was sick but the most frustrating part for us was that he did not communicate with us at all. He also never started work before 9am and so this meant we were never sure if he was going to show up.
