Re do bathroom floor grout and seal

small exterior balcony/patio/decking already has existing , level but old concrete surface area 10m2 I want 27 square tiles laid in (9x3) each tile is 600mmx600mm So need adhesive applied to surface, tiles placed and then grouting done. 3 tiles will need to be cut at one end. Replace two bath tiles and silicone in bath

We recently needed to replace the mixer in our bath and unfortunately they needed to cut a large hole in two of the tiles in order to get to it. The plumber has put a temporary patch over the hole for waterproofing however I would like to get the two tiles replaced and the silicone along the back wall replaced. We have the spare tiles required I just need the current ones removed and two new ones installed.

Repair a damaged section of laminate flooring. A spare laminate plank is available and can be used for replacement if needed. The damaged plank runs partially underneath a fixed kitchen island (not a wall), which may complicate full replacement. If replacing the full plank proves too difficult due to its location, a localized repair of only the damaged section is acceptable.
