Install of tiles in new en suite approx. 3.6mx1.9m. - --- tile on floor - --- tile on walls - Wet floor shower with 1mx2m Marmox tray with tile-over trough drain. - --- tile-over niche. - One window approx. --- wall hung vanity 1200w with full height 1200w mirror - Underfloor heating likely. Plans currently with counsel for consent, with build kick off mid to late March
