Job description
Need a bathroom tiled and waterproofed in two weeks time. Have all tiles and pebbles. Tiler must be able to give certificate for waterproofing

Tiler turned up with two others in tow, son and apprentice, who did the actual work, he did not do it as he had a bad back. I was expecting him to do it himself but was abroad so had no control over this. They stayed in our studio, did not clean up after themselves and were hurrying job as they wanted to go fishing. Complained about how they had under-priced the job and silicone was badly finished in the rush to leave.
