House Renno - Wall and floor tiling

We have a few jobs that we are needing completed. 1) We have just installed a new kitchen and we are needing white subway tiles that we have purchased put in as splash back for kitchen. 2) We also have an fireplace that is currently tiled that we wish to have re-tiled due to not liking the colour and broken tiles. 3) We have floor tiles in our bathroom that we believe would benefit from being re-grouted - any advice would be apperciated.
