Replace tiling for Inbuilt Fire Place Replacement

To replace my present inbuilt wood fire, I need to repair the broken concrete base and replace all existing tiles on the floor and wall. The existing firebox is still in place but I can remove this if it makes it easier. I would prefer a flat base if that can be done - and I've attached a photo as an example (I'd prefer larger tiles than the example). It's getting cooler very quickly so I'd appreciate any offer of an immediate start.
