Tile - Kitchen & Bathroom Walls

Hello We're just in the process of completing a bath room and kitchen renovation and need to get some tiling done. I've uploaded two pictures of what we're looking to do in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom (pic 1) - Approx 900mm wide, tile above vanity. Approx 300 high. Kitchen (pic 2) - We want to tile the whole way around the bench. On the window side that's 2945mm long and about 240mm high on the left hand side and 600mm on the right. On the right hand side of the bench we want to tile right the way across 2035mm long and 600mm high - As per picture We're planing to use a simple white tile rectangle size, which we can source. For the grout we're thinking black. This may be pushing our luck, but I'm ideally looking for someone who can do this in the week of the 17th before Christmas.
