lift and replace tiled foyer
Job description
Currently we have a commercial building foyer that needs retiling. The foyer is approximately 19 square metres of floor space a slight wedge shape with two sets of stairs. The tiles are lifting (bouncy when you stand on them) a number are broken we can't replace with the same tile. We want all the tiles lifted and removed and the area retiled. The foyer is not heavily used but does have some traffic to the lunch room upstairs, there is no alternative route. We are not in a blazing hurry but would like it completed by winter. The work will need to be done during normal office hours.

the job threw up some surprises when the old tiles were lifted, but dealt with promptly and thankfully not too expensive a fix. We did have access issues with a tenant which extended the schedule but Zoran was great about working around that. The finished floor looks great. Zoran was excellent at keeping me appraised with what was happening.
