Bathroom retiling using subway style tiles

Hi there, I am wanting some quotes to get the bathroom retiled using subway style tiles where there are existing tiles. Open to suggestions about whether the walls should be tiled beyond what is existing to have more coverage. First image is of existing bathroom and second is the style of tiles I would like. Currently tiles only at the back wall by the toilet and the sink, then at the base of the shower and up the side of the door to door height. Bathroom is 1.6m x 3.4m
