We needed a tiler in a hurry since the one we originally booked didn't show up. It was awesome that Luliano tilers helped us out and stepped in when we needed them, but we paid for it - they were quite a bit more expensive than other quotes and other tiling jobs we have done in the past. Having said that they kept to quoted cost and did a great job.
