New Bathroom & Kitchen tiled floor

I am wanting both my bathroom and kitchen floor re tiled. I have attached a picture of an identical kitchen to show floor space and a picture of my actual bathroom. This will mean removing tiles, re laying acoustic flooring as Its within an apartment and that is the specification of the body corp. The inside of the shower floor will need re tiling too, so I suspect the shower screens will need to be removed and refitted, unless tiles can be laid on top.
