Swimming Pool surround - concrete + timber deck + fencing

We are putting in a fibreglass in-ground swimming pool 4m x 10.2m and need help with the pool surrounds and pool fencing. Surrounds will be concrete approx. 1m either side and 3m at one end. At the other end need to construct a concrete pit for the electric pool cover and a wooden deck 2.5 - 3 metres. For the pool fence wanting a combination of aluminium pool fencing on 3 sides and glass and across the front (the length of the pool) facing the house. Pool is consented and ready to be installed end of October / early November. Need work completed by Christmas at the latest.
