Para Pool Top Rails

We are replacing the decking around our Para pool, which is a kidney shape, formed from a circular model but one side was 'pushed in' to make it a kidney shape., I need someone to supply and install Top Rails (over the Coping Strips which we already have) before we backfill. The circumference is 16 metres.
