Engineer Assessment and Repair

Pool dropped in level after an earthquake and insurers want us to provide an engineers report to prove it is EQ damage. Have had difficulty getting an engineer to assess and advise repair strategy. Concrete kidney shaped pool with plastic liner - there is a leak and we believe the pool is no longer level. No idea what the cost would be so disregard the below expectation - we believe it should be paid for by our insurer.
