Installing waterline tiles for swimming pool

Hi, We have an 8X4m fiberglass pool that we would like waterline tiles installed. I will supply the glass mosaic tiles which will cover about 15cm in depth. There is also some plater that has eroded from below the pavers that will need to be filled and some silicone filling needed below the pavers. Let me know if you require any additional info.
