Piping water to pool

Two aspects to this and it doesn't necessarily need to be the same person that does both. The smaller (but more important) issue is that the screwed circular bracket that secures a rubber pipe to a metal pipe after the water has been through the pump, has become undone. It looks very simple but needs to be done right or else the pool will drain. The short rubber pipe may also be perished and need replacing. The second issue is that there is a leak or two in the solar power heating system - it's not a flash system, is pretty old and was probably a DIY job - maybe a spot of welding?
